OUR PROCESS (CLIENTS)

To get us working on your hiring needs, please follow the following process:

1. Contact us with a brief description of your needs (calls are welcome, but contacting us electronically is preferred for initial contact).

​

2. We will quickly schedule a call or meeting with one of our experienced team members to discuss your opening(s), your requirements, and your hiring procedures, including your timeline.

​

3. Our experts will evaluate your opening(s) and recommend a strategic recruitment plan that will work best for your company.

​

4. We will draft a fee agreement for you to review and sign, which we will then co-sign and send you a copy for your records. Our agreements are zero risk, and in most cases fees are only paid once a placement is made. We also give all clients a 90-day guarantee on all permanent placements.

5. We schedule another call or meeting to discuss specific position requirements with your Human Resources Coordinator or other person in charge of the hiring process.

​

6. We carefully seek and qualify each candidate before sending to you. Your feedback is used to continually refine the search and improve candidate quality.

​

7. Our recruiting experts will help manage the scheduling and communication with

candidates prior to offers. Once an offer is made, we assist in the negotiation to achieve a fair and speedy hire that is beneficial to both the candidate and your company.
